Keep in mind that the rebate is valid only in the US, and has a limit of one rebate per qualifying individual. This limit also applies to a single Lifetime Roofing System.

Requirements

Have the following documents ready when applying for this program:

• Printed rebate form
• Proof of your military service
• Invoice for your GAF Lifetime Roofing System (you’ll get this from us)
• Any of the following:

(1) UPC from GAF Lifetime Shingles and three eligible GAF accessories

(2) Details of the System Plus or Golden Pledge warranty

(3) Distributor invoice showing the purchase of GAF Lifetime Shingles and at least three qualifying GAF accessories
